Cancellations received in writing more than 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking. Modifications to the reservation made more than 45 days prior to arrival may be possible and are subject to an administration charge of $100, which is waived in the case of an upgrade.

A deposit of 30% of the total monies including taxes and service charges is due at the time of booking a reservation. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until deposit is received. The balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival. Any interest earned on deposit is for the benefit of The Lodging Company Reservations Ltd. when applicable. If all Balance Due payments are not received by the due dates given on this Confirmation, this reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein and are subject to the following cancellation policies. Reservations require presentation of a valid credit card upon check-in for security deposit. A pre-authorization may be required.
The Lodging Company Reservations Ltd. will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your travelling companions or other group members resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control. This would include, but not be limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
The Lodging Company Reservations Ltd. reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion, or if the reserved property becomes unavailable, therefore we cannot guarantee specific unit codes at all times. In all cases prior notification will be given to clients, but in some instances may not be possible. The availability of certain properties may change after booking due to circumstances out of our control.
The above policy may not apply to some units. Full Cancellation and Payment Policy as it applies to the unit in question will be disclosed prior to booking. Minimum night stays and minimum age requirements may apply.
